I'm floored to learn there can be such joy in cooking healthy & whole food. Usually I get that "high" from cheese or butter or sugar -- or all three! But yesterday I was in my kitchen complete satisfied. My love for cooking had been met AND the food was amazing. So cool to see the transformation!

I have to be honest, though. When I went to Fresh Market to stock up on our meat, I passed by these bad boys & was sad I couldn't have one.
